Agree, Have seen multiple great cases but its mostly done on FAT Cels who are just to lazy to loose weight

In my case it looks like I have sub mental fat but it’s actually my tongue not fitting in my mouth due to recession so it pushes the neck out to make room. You can see it on the CT.

Probably many such cases.

if i had to guess its because most folks here have already tried being lean before getting into hardmaxxing. if losing fat didnt do the trick, its usually the bones that need fixing
