Why is technology so difficult to learn?

Maybe not too difficult but takes a lot of time. Im 32yo and barely know anything about electrotechnology and engineering.

Will have to read more wikipedia

Because wikipedia isn't a good recourse and concepts build on each other opposed to other subjects, so you need to build the knowledge from the ground up
