There are smart niggers don't get me wrong, it's just significantly rarER for a black pERson to have a high iq, since at the very least they are 1 standard deviation below whites, meaning it is as rare for a niggER to be 130 iq as it is for a white guy to be 145, and once again that's assuming the bell curve is just as steep the only difference being the standard deviation mean being 1 less, which I also doubt it is.
