Why is there such a difference in my subhuman eye area?

Whenever I lay down, my subhuman eye area become more normal looking, anyone know why and what kind of surgery(or some cope softmaxx, I’m honestly desperate) might replicate it or improve it?

I know about my eyebrows. Taking oral minoxidil
