Hair is probably genetically predisposed to be more sensitive to DHT, so you don't need much DHT to start balding

balding is either not from high dht and is because of enviroment . or phytoestrogens in soy stimulate dht to increase without activate aromatization and only weakly binding to estrogen receptors (just be soyboy during [puberty theory????)
