Because it's mostly teenage girls voting on reddit and they value "cute harmony" highly when they are that age. Combine his cute harmony with his masculine eyebrows and those girls are in "high-school crush" land. Also incredibly high-trust face. He is like an average guy that's good looking, if that makes sense? Probably doesn't.
Anyway the good looking boy next door sort of thing. Girls feel comfortable and not intimidated, while he's cute with a touch of masculinity. His eye area is a winner.
