the serum is just caffeine solution its just a bandaid cope for a recessed maxilla or improper under eye support

so what does the serum do? Like i dont have eyebags and the guy doesnt have them too what would they do? Like should i add it to my routine still would it do anything? Or would it be a waste of money?

if you don't have eye bags its completely useless. the serum just reduces eye bags pretty much
