why is this show from the early 60s is better than everything today?

how come this stuffy tedious courtroom drama from 1963 is more intriguing and exciting than the combined efforts of tens of thousands of filmakers, editors, writers, stage assistants, production departments, costume designers, computer visual graphics engineers, and miscellaneous personnel over the span of the past 3 decades on a budget of hundreds of billions of dollars?

how come this stuffy tedious courtroom drama from 1963 is more intriguing and exciting than the combined efforts of tens of thousands of filmakers, editors, writers, stage assistants, production departments, costume designers, computer visual graphics engineers, and miscellaneous personnel over the span of the past 3 decades on a budget of hundreds of billions of dollars?

I feel the same way, I think it has a realer feel to it than todays socially correct stuff and shows today also always try to convey some messgae
