I remember i was addicted to gym a year ago.. reached 110kg bench at 17 and now even on test i cant be bothered to workout

I just powerlift for fun with certain strength goals and it keeps me going easily with 0 test
 
How is that fun when lifting heavy weights hurts
I shouldve kept doing that but i took 2 months off now my strength is shit
 
Of corse that lifting a man made metal in a man made gym is torture and people don't like to torture themselves.

I've very rarely have any pain at all, take care of ur joints more, maybe that's why working out sucks for u

Dont spend hours on gym, do 3-6 reps and get the fuck out ıt gets easier with this.

Idk i thought it would give me the motivation to go back to the gym
If u truly feel like not doing it, just do 2 - 3 exercises at home, 3 sets to failure each while leaning the fuck out and like probably do one exercise a day and in time you'll get a decent physique
