why isnt my chest growing?

my arms are getting really big and filling out my sleeves...

i can bench 65 db but cant bench that much on bb like 1 plate maybe

i love my arms but my chest doesnt stick out of my shirt... should i focus more on close grip with the dbs?

my chest didn't grow until I started doing heavy presses, which one you do is up to you, I do floor press rather than bench.

when i bench with dbs i did 8 sets x 3 65 lb

when i bench with bb i feel it way more in my chest

Opposite for me, skinny arms and big chest

do chest dumbell press, anything else is cope

you're pressing one plate so probably not.

don't flare your elbows, press with good form and try to add weight to it regularly.

it's normal, most people have shit form on bench, it's the highest risk exercise as a result, shit ruins your rotator cuffs if anything is slightly off long term, hence why I do it on the floor.

another problem is that gym benches are 8-10 inch while powerlifting benches are 12~ and provide far better shoulder support.
