But by doing surgeries for every failo means higher chance to get botched, only time you need surgeries is when you are correcting failos and only failos.

Then you are on the right path tbh, try limiting surgeries as much as possible, as for example, i'll try to get bsso/bimax wich would benefit me in alot of stuff, function wise, forward growth, jaw widening, better airways, etc, you get what i mean right?

i think the main reasom surgery isnt talked about enough is because of the tiktok looksmaxxers who give hope to kids and other people and tell them they dont need surgery and they can ascend to chad or whatever by using their shitty course
