It’s literally shown the same efficacy as oral with no sides.

what about combining both? You are absolutely right. I have been 2 months on MorrF - 0.25ml which is 0.25mg of Fin every other day, and I have already recovered a bit of hair density but I bet I'm a good responder to fin. NO SIDES whatsoever.
START WITH TOPICAL FIN THEN SWITCH TO ORAL IF NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER AFTER A YEAR.
Topical FIN leverages a higher disproportionate SCALP-prostate a5 reductase activity, and when combined with the right dose will not completely crush DHT levels, which has an important physiological function, especially the neurosteroid cascade synthesis.

Your face appears more and more dominant till age 35 it seems like risky business for young men to be shutting off an important sex hormoneDHT is a useless hormone after puberty.
Just fall into chemicals theoryoral fin + topical fin + RU58841 +Minoxidil + Stemoxydene + Nanoxidil + Alfatradiol + Tretinoin
or death
After puberty DHT is a trash hormone it does more harm than good. Finasteride was initially developed to counter enlarged prostates, caused by excessive DHT, when they found it promotes hair growth by accident.Your face appears more and more dominant till age 35 it seems like risky business for young men to be shutting off an important sex hormone
Does topical dht have an effect on dht in the blood?

yea so why not use both?@wasted
I recall a study showing that topical fin at 0.25ml or something around that range, ONCE A DAY dosing to reduce scalp DHT levels by 70% and prostate DHT levels by 30%. Dunno about Blood but I mean then again, it is better than 70% reduction scalp and prostate reduction with oral fin and 100% reduction with dut
yea so why not use both?
Things put on your skin don’t go into your system lolBecause it goes systemic and ends up having the same side-effect profile as the oral version with long-term use. Remember even one dose reduces hormone levels (mostly in the scalp) for up to 28 days according to some doctors.
I'm microdosing morr-F (topical fin AND minoxidil, currently down to 4 times a week) but will most likely go on oral fin later cause I'm still getting sensitive nipples and starting to think minoxidil just isn't for me. Minoxidil by itself gives me weird head pressure/nausea and the regrowth I get from it isn't that cosmetically significant so I'm thinking of trying oral finasteride with some dermarolling+nizoral and dropping minoxidil completely. I think I'll spray the rest of my morr-f on my arms/stomach and hope it reduces some DHT/increases E systemically hopefully without significant side-effects. Man fuck MPB we need some new, better treatments asap.
