why jaw looks more wider when its get debloated?

Is this mentall illnes or real think? Like when my jaw gets lean its look more angular and wider. If its fat or bloated.. Just narrower.

Maybe the fat from your cheeks takes away the width of your jaw so when u lose fat u can see ur jaw more and cheeks no longer poking out
