Surgeries work very well if you have a good base and just have some falios that you can fix without disturbing harmony. Some examples, fat grafts around the eyes, genioplasty, rhinoplasty, eyebrow transplant, eyelash transplant, lower lid retraction, lip fillers, lip lift, bsso, lefort1, bimax, infraorbital implants, browbone implants, hair transplant, jaw implants(uncanny but with a good plan and minimal plan can be good).

Some of these surgeries are pretty in very specific cases or gay but my point stands, you can alter any part of your face but some come with way way better results especially the nose and chin and fat grafts if done well are almost useful on anyone they can be useful for. Having a good ipd, mouth width, eyebrow placement, skull height and width, and good gonions and cheekbones or atleast good gonions puts you into very very high ascender potential if you do the right surgeries and get lean and do all the softmaxxes.
