People endlessly blame "face fat" or "bad bone structure" when their face looks puffy, but the lymphatic system is almost never discussed. Your face has a complex network of superficial and deep lymphatic vessels responsible for draining excess interstitial fluid. Poor lymphatic flow from chronic inflammation, poor sleep, sinus congestion, or bad posture leads to fluid retention, which blurs jawline definition and makes the midface look doughy. Manual lymphatic drainage massage, facial gua sha, and even head/neck posture correction can drastically improve this. Nasal breathing and improving tongue posture also indirectly help by reducing congestion and improving lymph flow pathways. This is why some people look drastically sharper after just a few days of sleeping better, cutting salt, or getting a massage. It’s not fat loss it’s fluid redistribution.

it really isn't, if you have good bones, you don't need this. end thread

Bro that’s not really how it works. Even if you have top-tier bone structure, lymphatic congestion can still blur it. Look at lean athletes who still get puffy after a night of drinking or bad sleep that’s lymphatic fluid, not fat or bone. Lymphatic drainage isn’t about creating a jawline out of thin air. It’s about revealing the true underlying structure by removing excess fluid and reducing facial inflammation.
If you have great bones but your face is constantly inflamed or water-retentive, you won’t see those angles clearly. That’s why some people look sharp one day and bloated the next without changing their actual body fat. It’s not a replacement for bone, obviously but it’s a legit maintenance tool to make the most of what you have

He's right to some extent, if you have above average bones you need good sleep and diet even if you're lean

Unless you have god tier bones which none of us have let's be honest or we wouldn't be here

still young (14) but would say bones are above average in terms of width (everywhere not just face, i'm 6'3)
Damn, you're already good to go if you're 6ft3 at 14, bones usually come in a package but watch out for the ears being too big

yeah, somewhat, but i'm still about mtn (need to be around high htn)
Wtf are you doing on this site then ?
because i'm learning and iqmaxing before this becomes mainstream, also want to ascend and model for status when i'm older, then gain followers on like tiktok or smth, make a bullshit 4000 page course so they keep paying (like $5 a month) if you have for example 100k people following you, I would say at least 500 would get the course, 500x5=5k a month, live off that for a while until getting a job when i'm older
