Modern cars look like shit because they're all about "safety" these days. The motherfuckers beep anytime you do something wrong. No seatbelt? Beep. Go outside of your lane (new GPS tracking bullshit)? Beep. The design of the car is built to keep your corpse safe so that your organs are still harvestable after you die in the initial impact.
