i believe it is caused by a recessed maxilla because the maxilla is connected to your sinuses and whenever you sneeze, the air pushes from the back of your eye sockets forward, making the eye become more forwardly set. the opposite can be achieved through lefort (reposition the maxilla forward which makes the eyes more deeper set. but you would need more supraorbital, infraorbital, and overall projected orbitals for this.

TLDR: recessed maxlla is connected to ur sinus. whenever you sneeze or blow nose into tissue, you are exerting air force onto the back of your eye sockets, pushing eyes forward.

it's because the sphenoid, which supports the eye cavity is more projected proportionally to the maxilla, which pushes the eye out. this is caused by the tension in ligaments between maxilla and sphenoid as well as bone shaping.

i see. the sphenoid is connected to the maxilla and every facial bone.

its not the maxilla its lack of infraorbital ring devlopment. even w androgens its still shit. commonality amongst any good looking indian is that they dont have this

and they still mog me

mostly the upper maxilla and whatever's next to it i think? but symmetry wise your entire skull is more directly correlated, like the parietal bone etc

focusing on the sphenoid bone is what influences every single bone in your face.

maxilla is secondary as it influences the rest.

does it affect the mandible too?

sphenoid is connected to maxilla which in turn affects the mandible
think it also depends on how the ligaments are fused, maxilla won't be as affected by the sphenoid if they're barely connected (relatively)
