As a muslim, i agree with certain points you made but i think you made the wrong assumption.
Firstly, islamic countries have more hypergamy than the west. Most men only have children with 1 woman in the US and europe, even chads. In islamic countries, the top successful and attractive chads can have children with up to 4 wives, passing down more of their superior genes.
Also saying that about muslims and then pointing to war torn countries is unfair. Taking saudi arabia as a case study, the people there are civilized and crime is comparable to europe.
That being said, immigrant muslims are extremely arrogant and uncivilized. They should respect the country that they live in.

Setting aside your main point, religion, hypergamy doesn’t necessarily propagate the best genes, I mean you can take a look at the current state of the west, hypergamous societies almost always have a below replacement birthrate. Advocating for hypergamy is indirectly an anti-eugenicist position, there is nothing preventing a short or low iq woman from getting with a man that is above average in every way and it’s a very common occurrence in developed societies.
