Why most of the eye surgeries are underwhelming

Eyes are often hard to fix even with rare surgeries

it usually depends whether u have the foundation or not to perceive the desire results

Changing the tilt might not give that striking look which youre aiming for unless u go for extreme and then end up looking like this:

making your eyes wide with relative small eyes through soft tissues surgeries is usually useless because its kinda över for small eyecels

All the lateral cantho / bridge of bone drill hole are mostly underwhelming and give you uncanny results

even with supra/infra u cant do much because there’s isn’t enough info and results about that to confirm whether is it the saving procedure for eyes (misc & gui)

Tripod osteotomy can help unless it gets modified and your typical surgeon starts to offer it but that’s not happening until 2050

In the end we shouldn’t try hard to change the eye area to the fullest but rather fix a small component of it ( tilt hollowness uee) to get the most natural results because u can’t modify the eye like u want to.

seems to be these pics were procedures done with intentions the patients didn't fully understand, or understand what it was they wanted to change.

possible desperation for desired outcome occured but the procedure wasn't there yet. implants will get better as will other forms of canthoplasty.

and that i think these pics are from pretty light or not serious enough procedures, causing an underwhelming result.

Zero to some minimal improvement in all of the cases and the cases in which the eye improved drastically it started to look uncanny

Sure but its just natural because when u go for the extreme with a bad eye you end up uncanny

eyes are simply extremely difficult to work on as opposed to the nose or the jaw, let alone the scalp.

It's the most "expressive" trait of our face and work has to be done masterfully well for it to look natural and good. Also, it's an extremely sensitive area with high risks involved in performing surgery on it.

Thus, the margin to manipulate the eye area into a desired shape surgically is constrained by many factors as i mentioned above.

Because everything is about bones, water, fat, and collagen. Fix the bones with bone smashing + GH + test for a bit while losing body fat and fixing water retention. Only after softmaxxing, get some implants with a good surgeon
