I have a 140 degree gonial angle, and an okay ramus. My gonial angle is horrible, Would a CCW improve it? A side wing ostetomy? I want to achieve a 124 degree gonial angle.

(I think that's accurate I couldn't really see where your jaw was because of angle and stubble.)

Looks like 123.
But the thing is the angle at what its taken is kinda frauded it looks like your head is tilted a bit which is why theirs alot of excess skin under the jaw I think and its quite hard to actually see where the Goinion is.
