Why my voice get high pitched when I talk to people?

When Im alone or with family members my voice is good, but when Im around strangers or clienti at work I always have this beta high pitched tone.

Sometimes when I called on the phone my coworkers they told me my voice sound so different and lower.
Actually I dont have anxiety but I talk with the back of my throat.
I.have no idea how to talk different actually., I would like to have my low voice tone snd sounding masculine

I'm around people I dont know all day. Just talking doesn't decrease my anxiety. I gotta trip on some tabs with these fucks to get actually comfortable enough to be relaxed. Biggest thing holding me back tbh
