In my example my right side the hair is worse, the cheekbones are worse, the nose is worse, the lips are worse, the skin is worse (Actually funny i just get pimples on the right), the jaw is worse, everything.

sleeping doesnt cause significant changes, chewing yes its a big factor.

it does. my left eye is significantly more almond shaped than the other side since i have been sleeping on my left for years

idk, i have assymetry but its because i have a milk tooth on one side

chewing is somethi g you do for minutes a day and doesnt do anything to change your face, slewping on one side means theres a pretty large pressure on side of your face hours like half the day , this compoinds to years of time , definetely influences facial growth especially when you are young

Chew and use more on the side which you think is worse

the force apllied during chewing directly to the bone structure is insanely superior to the applied in sleep, sleep can just affect the outer skin, that can go back to normal easily

I have no evidence for this except for myself but I think that sleeping on your side (pressure on your zygomatic bone and orbit) is a bigger cause of asymmetry than chewing on either side.

What’s weird is that, according to anthropologists, our ancestors probably all slept face down on their sides too. I’m not sure that they got the same asymmetries though.

average head weight is 5kg, so imagine 5kg placed on one side of your face for 12/7 its going to hwbe a significant impact, theres also a study done proving this i can link you

no this was before anything was imvented when people were cavemen they slept on their temples so they didnt have assymetries
People use hammocks for thousand of years, this caveman idea is from cartoons

I guess the damage is not reversible? Only recently i started to sleep on my back without pillows and my sleep got 10 times better and the same is for my posture.

ita rebersible it rebersed for me after months of sleeping on my temple, when you do thst ypu can mew in ypur sleep which then guides ypur facial bones to grow how they should rather than fight gravity

Damn, that’s a pretty good lifefuel bro. And yes, if you sleep without the pillow on your back both chin tucked and hand on the tample are fine, tongue will still be engaged. After i corrected my neck posture i "gained" double chin, but now it is slowly decreasing. I thought that all of that stuff was cope but it isn't, the neck and the tongue are so important lol.
