They literally recess maxillas delibiratly to create a nicer bite. If kid has class 2, instead of bringing the lower jaw forward they use Cervical Pull Headgear which pulls the maxilla downwards and backwards ( not to be mistaken with reverse pull headgear that pulls the maxilla forward )

You can already imagine the results, downwardly grown face and a recessed maxilla
I feel bad for any kid that got scammed by the jews and had to get this
