Its something ive been thinking about, like when i see people who have been fat since childhood but who managed to lose weight after tend to have more muscle and bonemass, like when we see those "busty" (i will use that term for easier understanding) girls, most of them were ex fattys. When we see those guys with big legs, good bonemass, big arms, its always a guy who was fat then lost weight. Also when we look at skinny people, they always have low bonemass and are ltn or sub5.
I think it have to do with nutrients and calories so your body actually focus on actually developing.
