Why polar bear is the apex predator and other bears aren't

A black bear and grizzly eats whatever it finds.

Black and grizzly bears baaically eat anything. That's normal honestly.

Meat, vegetables, bugs, berries, honey.

A bear eats anything it finds. Whatever it finds.

But a polar bear is hyper-carnivore and only eats meat. Nothing else

true, plus a polar bear is the only bear which would actually hunt a human to kill and eat it, other bears would only do it if scared or out of curiosity
