So many ppl here have a serious addiction to this shit so why not make a guide on how to stop that addiction before it ruins them.
Firstly Porn can seriously mess with u in ways u might not even realize. First, it creates unrealistic expectations about sex and relationships. Most porn shows fake, exaggerated scenes that don’t reflect real intimacy, feelings, or respect. When u compare real life to that, it’s easy to feel disappointed or confused about what a healthy relationship should look like.
Second, porn messes with ur brain. It floods ur brain with dopamine, the feel-good chemical, in unnatural amounts. Over time, ur brain gets used to this intense stimulation and might make normal things like real sex or emotional connection feel less exciting. This can lead to addiction or the need for more extreme content to feel the same high, which just spirals downwards.
Third, porn can affect ur mental health. Many who use porn a lot report feelings of guilt, shame, anxiety, or loneliness. It can isolate u from real-life connections because it replaces genuine intimacy with a quick fix.
