The reason they say that is because there is a compound called avidin which can bind to biotin and potentially cause biotin deficiency

Think about it this way, the baby is the egg yolk. The egg clear is what's protecting it, The egg clear is fine but the egg yolk would obviously be superior.

If you drink raw eggs daily like 7 everyday, you will see some issues with the raw egg clear
 
Also egg yolk doesnt taste that bad but white makes you gag and vomit and tastes like shit

The egg clear(when cooked) is harmless protein, however when raw it is not that of quality, The egg yolk is the thing that you should be consuming

Well it basically binds to over half of the biotin in the egg

1800mcg of avidin, and 10mcg of biotin in an egg

Calculate the number of moles of avidin in 0.0018 grams:
0.0018 grams68,000 grams/mol=2.65×10−8 mol68,000grams/mol0.0018grams=2.65×10−8mol

Since 1 mole of avidin binds 1 mole of biotin, the number of moles of biotin bound would be the same, 2.65 × 10⁻⁸ mol.
Convert moles of biotin to micrograms:
2.65×10−8 mol×244 g/mol=6.47×10−6 grams=6.47 
micrograms2.65×10−8mol×244g/mol=6.47×10−6grams=6.47micrograms

So, 1800 mcg of avidin would bind approximately 6.47 micrograms of biotin out of the 10 mcg of biotin in the egg.

The thing is there is nothing in whites lol. Just little protein thats barely absorbed. It has 0 nutrients. Everything is in the yolk, the cholesterol, choline, biotin, retinol, everything
