Sleep is the best softmax
If you dont get enough sleep then you will be ugly so dont fucking rot in this website all night and sleep instead.
I know you all know about this but most of yall propably dont get enough sleep.
Why you should sleep more
Its healthy and makes you more atractive. For example it reduces cortisol and cortisol makes your face round and puffy+cortisol lowers test.
This picture shows at the top that attractiveness is mostly Based on genes but a little on health and health comes from sleep.
In the middle part it shows that attractiveness will decrease with how tired you are like for example you may get black circels under eyes if you didnt have it before.
In the part last down it shows your health declining very much with tiredness.
The study was done on 23 healthy 18-31 year olds. In the first part the participants got to sleep for 8 hours then they had to be awake for 31 hours with reduced sleep. Then 65 untrained observers rated them 6% less healthy and attractive on avrage but they only got to see each picture for 6 seconds anyways they also rated them 19% more tired looking on avrage.
More reasons to sleep
Its linked to heart disseases ,kidney disease, and high blood preassure and so on but i dont think anyone cares about that. It also gives more energy to your body and builds muscles.
