Nowadays there are extremely comfortable and realistic hair protheses.
of course it is better to have real hair, but honestly for what I saw the quality realistic hair prosthesis is a totally viable option. I'm not even coping here.

I saw a video of a homossexual expert on this explaining, yes, there are bad prostheses and good prostheses. You have to go to a good guy who does the right thing for you. Then it is success, you will be able to walk around, get into the pool, live normally.
