Why some days random girls are staring at me and some days I am invisible to them?

As title says. There are days where most of girls I see, are looking at me while I am at the mall/street/road to work and there are days when zero of them are checking me out. Same fashion style, posture etc. Have you noticed same thing? It comes in waves - 2 weeks of huge amount of stares and then week as invisible to girls.

Keep a detailed journal about everything that you do: what you eat, what you drink, how you spend your day, what activities you do, etc... Maybe in the days when they look at you, you trained and you feel more confident, or you didn't masturbate and your testosterone is higher, or some food could make you look bloated, there could be tons of reasons.

I was literally the same for me (before the house arrest). It's about tiny details, including your mood. You have to be literally at your top to be noticed. If it's every second day, then it's more than enough. You will never have 100% good days anyway.

I like that idea but, do you really think girls have some kind of sensor in their brain so they know how you feel? I don't think so. By the way, I feel pretty much the same everyday. It's not like I am pissed off one day and happy the other day.

Yes, exactly like you do. Some things give you chills, some don't, sometimes based on very fine details.

Except foids have much shorter attention span, and much lower sensitivity.

For an average guy it's impossible to be above average all the time, but it's still possible to be like that sometimes. As if everybody throws dice every day, and add +k6 to their psl. You can surpass a chad if you get +6 and he gets +1, it just doesn't happen everyday.

If you are noticeable every 2nd day, then this is more than enough. Some incels here don't even have that much.
