According to the books, you're "younging" until age of 25/26, and after that age you're starting "aging".

At the phase of aging you're losing around 1% of your total testosterone per year.

That is basically no issue until around age of 40 or mid 40s - unless, your environment is highly stressful and it affects you, so you will start feel shit in early 30s.

Then you basically can take supplements - some natural extracts from some roots, or whatever that can affect your testosterone level, increase libido and overall feeling of being empowered.

If that fails, then well - you'll most likely be left with injections - however this also depends if your liver can handle it, as I know there are many people who wanted to jump on the oil and had to drop it, because their liver couldn't take it.
