I don't get it. Why do you guys starve yourself for days on end? You won't end up like Jordan, instead you'll look like a decomposing wando that's eventually taking the fast lane to the McDonalds queue.

If any kind soul can actually give me a rational reason, I'll be glad.

It’s a good way to quickly lose a few kilos, also you’re training your willpower this way; you can get disciplined this way.

You say this bro but I've seen like 6 posts today talking about "gonna starve myself for 20 days wish me luck" or when someone asks about advice they just say starvemaxx

It’s a good way to quickly lose a few kilos, also you’re training your willpower this way; you can get disciplined this way.
Alright that's a rational reason, willpower. ty. But won't you eventually just eat it all back? you'll develop an eating disorder cause your hunger will compound like a snowball effect or no

Actually starving yourself is dumb

Doing controlled large calorie deficits w proper fatigue management and carb timing is fine.

I don't eat normally until 8 pm except for pre lift carbs

to lower bodyfat obv short term starving is actually meta, don't forget micro nutrition do

Ha, thanks. And well, that’s the hardest thing about doing it; most people end up overeating to compensate. However, it takes willpower to go against those urges. I’ve had great success with doing this, and yeah, it’s hard at first but practice makes perfect.

only if youre undisciplined, if youre dedicated enough you simply wont eat

No problem bhai, and I have to agree with the other person. I didn’t even read their reply when I wrote any of mine until now, but I agree wholeheartedly.

what's that? just getting in your micronutrients (vitamins, minerals)?
Yeah and also as much protein as possible so you don't lose much muscle otherwise its useless

Oke so i have been starving for around 2 week rn, my maintenance is at 2600 i am eating about 1500 calories. That's about 0.7-1kg of fat loss per week i wrote down my rep maxes before the cut and rn i was able to do 5 chin ups before and now i can do 8 chin ups. When i wear a bag that adds 4kg to my weight i can still do 5 chin ups. I still feel great mentally and physically, only issue i have faced is being hungry all the time but we'll persevere
