i smoke too, i know its bad for me and it ages my shit skin already aged at 19, but it makes me feel better since i don’t do any other “free dopamine stuff”

I don’t eat sugary foods, i don’t eat salt, i have a very strict diet so its the only thing that makes me enjoy life if that makes sense

Same i eat a lot of junk and sugary energy drinks but when im smoking i can easily control that addiction

Smoking makes your bones become more hollow and makes them erode much faster, also it gets rid of your buccal fat pads and makes your skin sag after a while. All this ages you like crazy
