Why such hypocrisy?

"People" look down on you if you don't have a clean and or tidy living enviroment, they take care of their stuff like their shoes or notebook, they would get very angry if you were to grab a key and scratch their car but then you look at them and they are utterly and completely deformed by aging, many look straight up grotesque with chunks of skin hanging fucking everywhere, their eye area a complete wrinkly mess, their skin looking like fucking dried leather, just a complete mess of an individual looking disgusting, everyone should do as much as possible to not get grotesquely deformed by that pestilence no matter how extreme the surgeries / methods. Why do you think such hypocrisy exists? Botox and facelift should be even more common than cleaning your room.
