People who have a high degree symmetry are outliers, symmetry is not natural for humans.
Why? We are by definition asymmetrycal, our organ distribution is and since we are bypedal that affects muscle activation. Our movement pattern determines bigger right oblique, thicker left side of the neck(since we favour the right side ,the left neck is contracted to mantain the skull straight ), bigger right inner tigh(from mid stance positioning in walking)and bigger left glute max. That comes from the asymmetrical ground contact feedback of your feet and weight distribution(no need to expand on the mechanics).
As you may understand that incides in skull positioning therefore determines a bigger left masseter, longer left ramus and a more developed left side in general, with slightly crooked nose towards the right.
That is universal and it's not that important for males since asymmetry is a stress indicator, its more important for women. Furthermore, the importance is relative since we,as humans, scan in real life faces laterally and not vertically.
