Back in January I went climbing with one of my friends (yes it was a retarded ass side quest, that he wanted to do, but I didn’t wanna say no because he was going to the army soon and shi) anyway I didn’t really wanna go, but did anyway, and I ended up getting an injury, which made me unable to bench, which I was fucking pissed about. I wait like 3-4 weeks of giving it time to rest and slowly building up in weight again. It’s entirely gone, and for like 3 weeks I can bench completely normal again, with no pain. Then yesterday, I decide to be a jester and do pressing movements for the 3rd day in a row, and now my shit fucking hurts again, I literally could take someone’s life rn, why tf does this happen to me, and why won’t this shit fucking heal, I can’t even take anything to make it heal faster as i compete in natty powerlifting, this is such fucking ropefuel
