In SoCal what's happening is that people are getting priced out, and it's mostly lower income men with less attractive wives, so only the wealthy and their top tier trophy wives can afford to stay. And this is bottlenecking the foid quality at HTB+. Milan in Italy has something similar going on, or especially how a lot of upper class French move to Switzerland has a similar effect and makes Geneva the #1 city on the planet for girls from what I saw. But anyways I moved away from San Diego right before the pandemic because I didn't wanna be in a city with everything going wrong. But I was in San Diego and LA earlier this year and it was just like holy shit, I need to fix my nose and get back down there.
