Literally all you have to do is this

Maxillary base Rotation Advancement 1 Rotation Advancement

Why can't they just do this @RealSurgerymax

Why do they keep making shitty ass jaw results, barely improving their looks.

Some of these surgeons literally PUSH BACK the jaws

I'm just gonna consult every single jaw surgeon if they are able to do this

because if you don't have malocclusion and have a shitty jaw it means your entire face grew wrong, which is hard to correct in just a few fractures

because humans are complex machines outcome from nature.

while humans apparently have no limits in creating, repairing and improving mechanical machines and computers, in other words artifacts created by humans themselves, what humans can do to living beings is inherently limited: every cell in our body has a unique task, collaborates with other cells and potential treats in an unique way.

doctors will not have a total control on human body, for example the science of psychiatry is limited to study what behavior patients get after their amount of neurotransmitters has been altered.

As regards maxillofacial surgery, human bones are not just 3D models which appear on the CT-scan. Bones are living tissue crossed by blood vessels, nerves, and communicating with connective tissue, tendons and muscles.

Maxillofacial surgeons can fix a lower third recession or add an implant to increase lower orbital rims and zygos, however doctors will never be able to affect a whole skull

If Dr Sailer fixed all these subhumans I can be fixed too

why can't they just steal his ideas and do what he does

Unfortunately now there is an emphasis on the most stable dental correction and that means smaller movements. So instead of 1 or 2 jaws coming forward they bring one forward half the amount and set one back half the amount.

Jaw Surgery was first performed for aesthetics.

They are not quite bright or brave, so if you dont actually have a serious health problem they wont be risking more movement for an aesthetic improvement which the patient doesnt know about.

You gotta agree on movement, and even ccw /cw cuts before as an informed patient.
