Why tf is latisse bimatoprost so hard to get

I have been trying for some time to get latisse bimatoprost(I am from România) and I cant get it. There isnt no surce no risky sites nothing. Does some body have an idea?

i use just castor oil, have seen great improvements in eyelashes
