Why tf my face looks extremely debloated from the front and well developed from the side.

Idk how it happens, but my bones cheekbones are visible from the side and nom existent from the front.
Why would it happen?
Maybe I got a "body of zygomatic bone" and shitty "zygomaticofacil foramen" is bad? Just guessing.
