when i bite down my jaw shifts to the left a little so instead of resting my teeth together i separate them a little and straighten my jaw out, ive done it so much its become natural but my teeth arent that fucked up my pallet is just really narrow. i plan on getting a job soon im only 15
yea I have the exact same problem what worked for me is using my nail and making sure my bottom two teeth and two front teeth are evenly aligned and then bite down. it feels uncomfortable at first but you just have to get used to it
yeah its a good idea but my bottom teeth are crowded right where my two front teeth are, thats why i wanted braces also. when i do what i usually do i have no idea if my jaw is even symmetrical i just try my best to make sure it feels straighter.
look at yourself with inverted filter and its clear to see which spot is best to have to your lower jaw
