Why the fuck do I have no side effects on 12.5mg aromasin every night (WITH PICTURES)

I took 12.5mg for the last 2 days because i felt no sides on 6.25 for 3 days and was wondering if it was fake or some shit, and now im on 12.5mg every night and am experiencing the most slight tiny bit of joint pain in my back and left knee. For example I wouldnt even question that if I was not on the drug. No other sides at all....

here are pics, its pharma phizer aromasin and its from a reputable source in australia so can someone please explain
