i sleep around 8-9 and fall asleep at 00:00 changed my sleep Routine since weeks
i eat good and workout
but i look groggy why the fuck is this

when i used to sleep at 7 in the morning at wake up at 16 i used to look very relaxed and rested


muh sleeping and waking up early is a looksmax its a fucking looksmin

Your circadian rhythm is partly set by your sleep patterns when you were an adolescent/young adult. You were a retard and stayed up gaming in those years, so now your natural circadian rhythm is all antisocial and inconvenient (like you were). Now a normal sleep schedule clashes with your natural sleep rhythm :feelsokman:

Go to bed at 9 and wake up at 5am I promise you will feel amazing
