Why the fuck do I not have water at home.

Today I woke up washed my hands and face and logged in on .org. After that I went to the bathroom because I had to shit. It went flawless and after I was finished I wanted to flush it,but NO water. Wanted to wash my hands, but no water.
Now I am chilling on the couch with my dirty hands. I went to my landlord and told him and he said he will deal with it I have to wait.
This shit pisses me off. I just wanted to shit, shower and leave the house but now I am trapped here.
