if its consistenly dark yellow no matter the amount of water you drink , maybe check if your eating a high protein diet or taking supplements. Whenever I was sick, i would take Vitamin C tablets that would turn my piss dark yellow even if i was drinking a shit ton of water. Also are there any other effects ur feeling like nausea or paleness?
