Why the fuck is my ramus nonexistent on my right

I have a decent length ramus on my left side, but when I take a picture of my right it’s literally nonexistent. When I touch both it’s very obvious there’s a massive difference between the two.

What caused this?
What can I do to fix this?

I have the same thing and I’m around the same range as well that’s probably why
