I've been looking at food labels more recently before deciding to buy things in the store. And basically any packaged product that isnt some type of meat has fucking soy in it. Even things that make no sense to have soy in them 90% of the time have some form of soy product in them. I don't really eat that many packaged things, but I will have a protein bar or some candy or shit before the gym, and some junk food every now and then. but i didnt know i was just pumping myself with soy. Have I been a good little goyim my entire life and not even known it???
