Starvemaxxing causes rapid weight loss, but your body begins burning muscle for fuel, not just fat. With no fat intake, your gallbladder stops contracting, allowing bile to stagnate and crystalize into gallstones—often painfully. Hormones like leptin, thyroid, and testosterone crash, slowing metabolism and making future fat loss harder. Even if you take multivitamins and electrolytes, you're not getting essential nutrients, amino acids, or fats needed to keep your organs functioning. The risk of developing gallstones during extended starvation is extremely high—up to 50% within a few weeks.

Starvemaxxing for 3 days and then eating on the 4th day for 2 months is an extremely dangerous approach with severe consequences:

1. Extreme Nutrient Deficiencies: Starving for 3 days straight and then eating only on the 4th will cause critical nutrient deficiencies, as you won't be getting enough calories, protein, fat, or essential micronutrients for sustained health. Multivitamins won't prevent the damage from long-term deficiencies.

2. Gallstone Risk: During the 3 days of starvation, your gallbladder will stop functioning properly due to the lack of food and fat intake. Bile will stagnate, leading to an extremely high chance of developing gallstones. The risk is even higher with prolonged cycles like this.

3. Muscle Loss: Your body will be forced to break down muscle for fuel after just a few days of extreme starvation. This leads to significant muscle loss, which, when combined with nutrient deficiencies, will result in a severely weakened body.

4. Metabolic Shutdown: After repeating this cycle for 2 months, your metabolism will slow dramatically, making it harder to lose fat in the future. Your body will adapt to the extreme calorie restriction by becoming more efficient at storing fat, meaning you may gain back weight quickly once you return to normal eating habits.

5. Mental and Physical Fatigue: Consistently depriving yourself of food for days will leave you exhausted, mentally foggy, and physically weak. You could also experience intense cravings, mood swings, and a lack of motivation.

---

In short, this approach will likely cause irreversible harm to your metabolism, muscle mass, and internal organs. The risks of gallstones, nutrient deficiencies, and long-term damage to your health far outweigh any short-term weight loss. A safer, more sustainable approach is critical for both effective fat loss and
overall well-being.

Idk but one of my friend did starvemaxxing, he was muscular, but during the starvemaxxing phase he looked a bit skinny, but none the less that increased his appeal facially. He recently got a blood report and shows no abnormality except low vitamin d and b12
