why very dumb people look ugly?

I was thinking about it and most of the ugly dudes in my school are ugly that hurts to look, there is even a dude with no chin and he is a drug addict, most of them are Sub-3, and they talk and give the impression of people that can't form a complex thought neither understand a basic philosophy, is being too ugly and low IQ actually related?
