Why was my hair so good in the vacation

So I went to vacation and the first two day I woke up with amazing hair

But then when I came back it returned to the same breakage and dryness?

Was it lower stress or what? I can't find any connection

Could be the weather ik it sounds dumb but my hair reacts better to hot weather also if you went into the ocean that can make it look better because of sea salt
